Ustad Sohail Live Performance

Sohail Salamat (born 1976) is a Pakistani musi- cian, and primarily a singer of Qawwali, a devotional music of the Sufis. Trained by his uncle Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and his brother BJS Bbakshi Javaid Salamat in the art of classical music and Qawwali.

Sohail’s first public performance was at the age of seven or eight when he won a singing competition. Sohail has toured extensively, performing in Pakistan, India and all around the world, from Holland to Malaysia, as well as around the UK including large shows in Trafalgar Square.
